We moved into our new build in July of 2022. We have had nothing but issues with the flooring in our house which was all installed by Future Floors. The kitchen LVP flooring has a spot that keeps popping up, the basement carpeting has big seam running through half the room and recently had to have grout replaced in shower floor of primary bathroom. We have asked the company to fix multiple times. The owner comes out says he will take care of us and then sends someone out to just glue LVP planking. They never ever addressed downstairs carpeting and we didn’t even contact them about the grout! I would stay away from this company and if you are building a new house, I suggest getting an inspection of your new build before moving in!!
