The whole team was very professional and efficient each step of the way, and I knew we were in good hands the moment we signed the contract. Our technician Ben B, and his assistant were timely, respectful, and hardworking. They were very responsible and stayed well into the evening to troubleshoot when the water heater was having trouble connecting to our wifi. The rebate team then proactively reached out the following morning to get the rebate process started immediately. Very happy with the whole experience and will definitely be hiring them for future projects!
