Today my status has went from zero to 100% I am sooo soo pleased I cannot say thank you enough, after my first unsatisfactory review, Jennifer B reached out to me and directed me to contact the store again, I did and Louis was outstanding, they sent the repair guy out free of charge when I had been previously told that would cost me 30.00. The repair guy Matt was outstanding super friendly and knowledgeable, he explained to me that he could repair it but it would take a little work I was then contacted by Louis again and was given the choice to come in again and see if I wanted to choose something else or have mine repaired, I chose to have mine repaired as I really really like the Guilby. Louis said it would be no problem they would repair it, his customer service was outstanding! They were very patient with me and was very understanding of my problem unlike the service I had received from the previous store manager. Matt the repair guy picked up the first part of my sofa, repaired it and I love love love it!! He has taken the second half of the sofa and I’m certain it will be just as good as the first piece he brought back! Plus I’m extra excited I get to keep my Guilby verses choosing something else, thank you so much Furniture Row for giving your customers a voice and listening to them this is how you keep customers coming back, I could keep going on about how thankful I am but I will just say one last time thank you JenniferB, Louis, and Matt!!
