Anthony was very patient with us and kind. He was not pushy and let us be when we were trying to decide what to get after showing us our options, which we really appreciated.

I was looking to purchase an item. However, talking to a sales rep the item appeared sold out, which was my fault for waiting. The sales rep kept looking and found two out of the area. She provided information needed to purchase the item, which I did. I should have the item in a few weeks. Customer service like does not appear common nowadays, at least in my experience. Thank you Furniture Row. Don Spokane, WA

Complete joke of an experience with this company and their excuse of a manager. Negative stars would not be enough to accurately describe the lack of customer service. Isai is the most incompetent “manager” I have ever had to deal with. I came in and bought a basic loveseat on September 2, didn’t realize until later after getting it home that the person that put in the order did a sofa instead, so being forced into an upsell for their commission is fantastic. We opted to skip delivery because the size and weight of the loveseat would have been no problem to get into my truck and for us to get it into the house and since the installation was only the legs it didn’t seem remotely worth the price. A week later it arrived at the store and we got it home and partially unwrapped so we could install the legs. One of the leg holes was drilled too far apart, so we couldn’t get the legs on and called the store to see what they could do. No apology or genuine concern whatsoever about this situation or the inconvenience involved with it, they did a reorder and we had to beg for the delivery and swap out when the new one arrives. We were told it would be two weeks, so not sure why it was double the time the first one took to arrive. Upon arrival we were given a call on one of our days off which was a Tuesday, told they wouldn’t be able to come out until Friday, scheduled for the following Tuesday which meant I had to change my schedule around and work longer shifts. We were called on Monday and told they don’t do deliveries on Tuesday and they didn’t know why someone would schedule that. Scheduled for Friday after 4, received a text confirmation Thursday for Friday delivery at 12:30 to the wrong address. Called and dealt with Isai, went through this whole runaround of the situation again, was told he would call within the hour, and surprise no phone call. Got a call several hours later after I was almost off work from a very joyful sounding Isai that someone from the warehouse was coming out and they were going to get everything taken care of. Stupidly I assumed this meant they would be going out of their way to make it right and delivering the couch that night because the couch delivery is what we talked about on the phone. When some guy in his personal vehicle showed up at my house with a drill to try and screw the leg in and proceeded to offer a reorder I realized this poor guy had none of the information either, so I told him what’s been going on and he called Isai. I told Isai I was very confused about what was going on and that I had assumed he meant the couch would be delivered from the warehouse and he just said “oh…no” to which I responded that he needed to clarify what he meant by “we will get you all taken care of.” The guy from the warehouse apologized and Isai rescheduled with me for today, which is October 8. So almost 5 weeks later and I finally have a sofa with legs on it. Still no apology from Isai. We also had to call twice to change the address because they had the wrong address entered twice. It really shouldn’t be that difficult. The largest complete lack of customer service I have ever seen, and as a fellow manager I have to provide much higher service for minuscule value items. This is an expensive couch, not a messed up food item. At this point not even a partial refund on what I paid for the couch would be enough to repair the damage that has been done by Isai and this company, but that would be a good place to start.
