- TTT. Trent2 days ago1.0Used to work at this place so I'm very well informed on how EVERYTHING works. There is ZERO excuse for a custom ordered couch to come in with the wrong fabric. It's absolutely unconscionable for this to happen a second time on the same order. The manager and salesperson needs to be fired for complete and total incompetence. Basic tracking and following up with the vendor on the status would have eliminated not one, but both of the order screwups. Instead, now the family will have no furniture for Thanksgiving or Christmas. And no place for the visiting son and family to be able to stay. This furniture was ordered in the start/middle of summer. Not once, but TWICE this store, the salesperson and the manager ordered the custom furniture in different fabrics...... Twice. I can't even express my distaste and disappointment in this company. Even Ashley Furniture doesn't screw up this bad.

I went with my Sister to view both sofas, revisiting Furniture Row first. The sofa was perfect in every aspect! Ricky, the store's manager, is professional, personable, courteous, and knowledgeable! We purchased the sofa delightfully. We then viewed the sofa at the second furniture store and knew immediately that we made the right purchase at Furniture Row!
