    Wife and I came in to find a couch. Richard took the time to answer any questions we had and then let us be while we looked around. Too many furniture store salesmen stalk you like crazy while trying to sell you anything they can. Will gladly drive the 2 hours to visit the store again.

    I love this Furniture Row location in Rapid City, South Dakota. I bought a couple of pieces right out of the showroom’s clearance section, but I was coveting some pieces that needed to be ordered. Because they have an outstanding rep named Kevin who is kind, helpful, and honestly highly trained with some of the best customer service offered in the retail business, I called them this afternoon. I could’ve purchased furniture from anywhere and had it shipped to my location, but after meeting him, I kept thinking about some items that I wanted, and I called him up today (so happy he was available) and he was so helpful (again!). He had an order processed and a credit card link sent to me, in literally less than five minutes. The beautiful chairs I am excited to have in my home are officially ordered and are on their way to me, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! 5-star service and items! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
