- CACat AmesOct 7, 20251.0Bought a dining set and 7 months later the upholstered chairs are pilling SO badly. So the table itself has dirt and food constantly getting stuck in the cracks. There are 6 lined indents where food and debris collect - horrible design. You have to meticulously take a toothpick and scrap and drag, and even that ends up not being firm enough. As a busy single mom with a lot going on, (along with not livint near the store) I did not make it to Furniture Row before the 1 yr mark. Apparently at that point, they do NOT care to rectify any flawed product they sell. The store manager (Alexandre) had no desire to make this right. For the chairs to look this badly, this quickly shows they are selling products of poor quality.
