Unfortunately, we later realized the table wouldn’t fit in our home, and that’s when we learned there are no returns or exchanges allowed, even though the set is still brand new and in its original packaging. We were ready to purchase a reclining sectional worth significantly more than the table—around \$3,500—but were told the \$500 table couldn’t be returned or credited toward the new purchase. That decision ultimately cost the store a bigger sale and a loyal customer. I understand having policies, but some flexibility in situations like this could go a long way in keeping customers happy and coming back. This experience has discouraged us from making future purchases here, which is disappointing after such a great initial interaction.

So, we started wandering around the store. I also wanted something in black. We met Topher and he directed us to a blackish loveseat, with the type of arms I wanted, and it was comfortable to sit on. I made up my mind immediately. I couldn't believe it. He then went on to explain everything to us and set up a delivery date. Topher was efficient and was so friendly to my husband and me. He definitely knew his product.
