However, when it comes to buy any furniture, especially couches sofas etc..do not trust some people working in sales in Madison, AL. They either did not know the product that were selling (basicalky they were just incompetent) or they did but literally they lied to us and scam us in order just to get the sale since they work by comission and then you do not receive what you thought an you were "explain" paid for. Not just that, when you try to call them or talk to them to see what was the error or mistake (since everyone is human and that can absolutely happen), they treat you like you are a moron and you do not know what you want, being disrespectful and on top of that they do not apologize at all when it was even their fault/mistake, not to mention to try to give you a solution. I've worked in customer service before and I've never seen anything like that. For sure NEVER walk in that store for couches or sofas at Madison, AL again and if you order something do it online.
