- JRjerry robison1 day ago5.0I was in the store on Wednesday, looking for a new couch. Avery was very helpful, didn't pressure me. I took some pics of my favorites and told him I'd be back once I made a decision. Well, I went back on Saturday and he was there to help me. I told him which one I'd decided on, and we sat down to do the paperwork. I had my checkbook out and a check partially filled out. It was then that Avery informed me that my son and his wife in Indy were paying for the whole thing....Happy Birthday! I will never forget my 77th birthday. Thank you, Avery! - JBJohn BosslerSep 26, 20251.0Ordered couch and two recliners and was told they were in stock and would be delivered in two weeks. Two weeks later, told two pieces were in and would be delivered in two weeks. Day before delivery, stopped in store and was told all three pieces would be delivered the next day. Today, the truck arrives and only two pieces are on it. Manager confirms the third piece is at the store but there's nothing they can do to get the missing piece delivered until one week from today. Horrible communication, don't trust anything they say, and won't take steps to correct their mistakes. 09/25 Update: Store agrees to deliver the missing recliner tomorrow. 09/26 Update: Missing recliner delivered but the foot rest in the new couch won't retract and can't be repaired by the delivery men so a replacement section of the couch needs to be ordered. 10/10 Update: Replacement section is delivered but it's the wrong piece (delivered a new recliner instead of a new section of the couch). Called the store to see if the replacement section can be expedited since this has been going on so long and was told "We don't expedite". Shouldn't be surprised...run away everyone!
