Justin greeted us when we walked in and said if we needed anything to let him know. He allowed us to browse for as long as we needed until we needed him and when we did he assisted us easily and helped us get what we needed. Overall an amazing experience and an amazing selection. I'd definitely recommend Furniture Row to others just based off the experience with Justin.

I bought a gorgeous leather living room set and our cats are obsessed with the ottomans, so we decided to get another one when we were visiting my in-laws in New Mexico. Their cats love the ottoman too, and now my in-laws won’t let us take it, so we had to get another ottoman, this time from the Waco store, that we will pick up when we get back in town. People and pets approve!
- HEHannah EasleySep 25, 20251.0Just ordered a matching set of dressers and a bed frame from this store barely a month ago that were set up for our new house and have hardly been used at all. However, one of the dressers the gliding hinge for it to open and close broke in the second day of using it, very cheap quality. The other dresser has a manufacturing issue. It is as if the finish never fully cured or dried properly. The dresser is just randomly having little chips of paint missing across the top. However it is not flaky like you would expect, it is wet and tacky inferring an error in the paint job and cheap work. These are both brand new prices if furniture that have hardly been used, have not been cleaned by any cleaners, only dusted. I do not recommend buying future from this place as it will not last long.
