- WYWalter York3 days ago5.0First time to stop and check out store. Very impresses, nicely arranged, very clean, and good selection of inventory. Our salesman, Ivan was most professional and knowledgeable , answered all questions, and let us take time to stroll and shop. We decided to special order our recliners. Ivan knew exactly how to order and explain the process to us. We are excited to receive our new recliners in a few weeks.

As customer, I did not ask for mattress to be placed on frame since we were told at time of purchase that placement area needed to be cleared. It was still done by crew, most likely to cover that boards were not placed in proper alignment. Frustrating as a customer when you think you’re paying for “quality furniture and service.” If you’re considering purchasing and able to, you’re better off picking up and setting up yourself. Previously purchased a living room set and picked up after having paid for delivery, because sales person failed to let us know delivery to our location was on specific days only. We thought about picking up ourselves again but were persuaded by our second sales person to opt for delivery as the bedroom set required more setup and was supposedly heavy. Delivery crew had 3 people, were early, yet still rushed service. Overall disappointed.
- SCStephanie C5 days ago5.0Third days the charm...this was my third day looking for a new bedroom set, and I was over it, I was tired of being shadowed, hounded by sales associates, and looking at furniture that was way to expensive or poor quality. I walked in to Furniture Row, Lisa approached me asked if she could help I told her I wanted to just look around. She simply said okay let me know if you have questions or need anything, and she walked away. She did not hound me or shadow me, or helicopter mom me, at all! I finally found the bedroom set for me, and she made it happen, at a price I could afford and was comfortable paying, and the quality was there also. Thank you Lisa! I look forward to doing business with you again in the future😁

- RFRuhna FullingimOct 19, 20255.0The first time I came to Furniture Row, I was looking for a couch for my new apartment. I was immediately greeted by one of the sales consultants, William Herndon. He was very nice and helpful, and most of all, he wasn't pushy! I told him that I would be back later in the day with my daughter to look at the couch again. We came back later and William was still very friendly and helpful in the decision process. He wasn't too biased toward the store, and made us feel comfortable while shopping. We had a great experience shopping here, and I recommend speaking to William if you stop by!
