Once we browsed the store, we ask for help and Louis Dennert answered all our questions. Louis showed us the full functions of the sofa and loveseat we were interested in purchasing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Furniture Row. We purchased the sofa and loveseat. Ordering the set was very easy and convenient. Will be delivered at our convenience. Thanks to all at Furniture Row. - NBNathan BennionOct 27, 20255.0Easily deserves 5 stars. Kyle deserves 10 stars. I spent all weekend at 7 different furniture stores in Colorado Springs. Mixed reviews on those, but Kyle at furniture row stand out heads above the rest. Kyle was pleasant not pushy, knew more about his furniture than the manufacturers do, and walked me through the clearance and new furniture without ever upselling. He matched the furniture with what I needed, what I wanted, and importantly, kept it within my budget. No one else has this quality of furniture at this price. I imagine we will see Kyle debuting his masterclass about customer service on Netflix in the near future.
