    Austin was amazing help! He worked so hard for us, he walked all around the store and showed us everything. We got to completely customize the perfect couch for our space at the most reasonable price!

    I am beyond frustrated regarding my recent experience with your company. My troubles began with the ordering of a portrait, where I learned that the company never processed the order due to internal changes. Unfortunately, this was just the start of the series of issues. I have been waiting for 10 weeks for my couch to be delivered which was normal. On Wednesday, October 28th, I received a call from Ms. Tammy, the salesperson who assisted me, with purchasing the couch, stating that the couch would be delivered today on Friday, October 31st. Given my earlier experience, I was apprehensive about how this would be handled. To my dismay, the delivery team arrived as scheduled but the delivered the left side of the couch instead of the right portion. Immediately, I contacted Matthew, one of the managers at the Charlotte location, to report the issue. I was informed that the only resolution offered was a refund of the delivery charge, which the delivery of the new portion would may take 8-10 weeks. This is completely unacceptable. In my opinion, the couch should not only be delivered in full but also subjected to a discount and refunded due to the numerous errors and delays I have faced. I believe a fair resolution is warranted given the series of mishaps I’ve encountered.

    Austin was amazing! He helped us pick out a great Italian leather sofa and loveseat. He answered all of our questions and helped us figure out a “temporary” solution for while we wait on delivery from Italy.

    This is the second couch I’ve gotten from Furniture Row. First one is still going strong so I figured I stop by again. Tammy was the person that approached me, asked if I needed help. She was kind, helpful but not pushy. She gave me her opinion but still left me free to make my decisions (which aren’t always easy for me lol) Furniture Row has nice quality items without being over the top pricey, which I love! Since this is a special order, I have to be patient and wait, (again not easy for me, ha!)

    I visited this store and looked at couches with Matthew Tipton, I found a couch that was slightly damaged with a reduced price. A few days later I purchased it for PICKUP over the phone via a payment link he sent. He told me since they had done some rearranging in the showroom, the couch I had purchased was moved to the warehouse and wouldn't be available for pickup until Tuesday (today). Today I was told that they had accidentally placed MY couch on a delivery truck and couldn't get a hold of the driver to track it down. Then a few hours later, Matthew calls again saying that MY couch had been delivered to another customer who had purchased the same couch (this customer now has 2 couches). And of course he wasn't able to get in touch with them either. He let me know now I would have to wait until they're able to get MY couch back in their possession to look over it and confirm it was the same one THEY SENT to a different customer. He said if they were unable to do so or if the couch had any issues they could offer to deliver a new couch but it would be over a MONTH in the future. This is unacceptable. One of the only reasons I decided on this couch was the fast turn around to receive it. I then called the store to process a full refund as I am no longer interested in giving Furniture Row my money. I spoke with Austin on the phone who said he had been informed about this situation and he would be able to initiate a refund. He then had the AUDACITY to ask if the leather cleaner (that they had offered for an additional $1 on my order) was already in my possession. As if that was going to cause an issue with my refund. Which how could I have it if Matthew said I would only be able to get it when picking up my couch?? Overall, I am VERY upset with this whole experience, and will NEVER be purchasing from, or entering this store again. And will be sharing my negative experience with everyone I had told about this couch. DO NOT trust them to handle your purchases professionally, carefully, or diligently! Additionally, I will be monitoring this review to ensure Furniture Row does not delete it.
