Montarrius was so helpful and even took measurements so that I could go home and made sure that everything would fit into the allotted space. I went back a couple of days later to purchase it. Montarrius wasn’t there so Claudia helped me. I can’t praise her enough either! Everyone in this store was absolutely wonderful. They took their time and went the extra mile. I must admit that I am a picky person and in spite of that, they all went above and beyond. I was so impressed that I even bought a bedroom set and a mattress & foundation while I was there. Being new to the area, they also helped me with recommendations of flooring, renovations, food, etc. I honestly can’t say enough about these people. If you’re in need of furniture, PLEASE see them first. They have a good variety of everything and you won’t find better people to assist you in finding that special look for your home.

We bought a sofa a table with chairs and a painting. About a month later(weeks past the expected date without any communication)we received the painting (so cute) the sofa(nice) most of my chairs. They all have a makers fault in them and one was damaged. They say someone will call because they didn't get our table. More days of waiting later. We get our chair. The table was sent missing a piece. So now we have an unusable piece of wood. First payment made on time, but I don't have my items. They have no idea why everything was delayed. They say sorry, but everything has been oh it's the trucks issue. I truly regret coming here.

Claudia Mae assisted me in selecting a chair, running about the store getting power chords, fully answering all my questions, right down to loading the chair into the back of my SUV. And through it all, Miss Mae was friendly, parient, and kind to a man old enough to be her grandfather. I remember a time when customer service exhibited Miss Mae was the standard and not the exception in this day and age. Please pass on my belated thanks and commend her for a job well done. My girl loves the chair. And if I have any future furniture needs, I will certainly be back.
