- DNDeborah Newton4 days ago2.0I like the furniture I purchased from this store; however, one of the pillows was damaged and I have not gotten a replacement. Apparently they could not get a replacement from the Chinese manufacturer and could not have the pillow repaired. I understand those issues, but the bigger issue for me was that nobody from the store ever contacted me to try and rectify the situation. I live 30 miles from the store and made 4 trips in to try and get something done. My last trip, they had determined nothing could be done and had stuck the pillow in a cabinet, apparently just waiting for me to stop in yet again. Very poor customer service.

FR has always had the best staff to assist every time I have purchased. I have never received a less then great experience of staff and product. Even when I was credit challenged I was accepted. They now sell lazy boy and I’m sitting in a great recliner I got from them yesterday, my pup and I are very happy with the chair thank you

They engaged at the perfect time and sold me a set. Alexis and Dennis are phenomenal! Taking the time to thoroughly wrap it so that it would not dirty on my drive waaaaaaay up in the mountains of Boise County on wet messy dirt roads. I SUPER appreciate their attention to detail, patience and going over and above to help me. I will be back tomorrow to get the rest of my order. Highly recommend. :-)
