I had to call the store multiple times to inquire about my furniture, which had been delayed for nearly three months. Finally, it arrived, but one of my recliners needed repair, and the rest had numerous minor scratches. I’m waiting for management to contact me to fix the situation, but I’m not sure if I’ll ever use Furniture Row again.

I am not a accustomed to two or three weeks delivery times. Is this furniture coming from China? I other problem , is the cost of your delivery charges. They are somewhat excessive. The delivery time and excessive charges for you delivery services tells me this with be the only time I will do any more business with your company. Poor delivery time and excessive charges for your delivery services is not good is not what I consider good business practices. I am not impressed with your services. Tim C. Dean
