  Furniture Row came highly recommended by our realtor! As soon as we walked in the door Erin met our needs! He began by telling us the discounts they have going on for Veterans Day and giving us space and opportunity to look through the inventory they had onsite. We settled on a sofa, and chair that was on sale but we really wanted a love seat. Erin quickly searched inventory to see if there was a matching loveseat in the warehouse. Fortunately for us there was a matching loveseat in stock in the warehouse. Erin worked with us to give us the most economical deal for all three pieces and we were very pleased with his attention to detail, quick assistance and superb customer service. Thank you Erin for living up to the reputation of good service and best pricing at furniture row.

  We always loved shopping there but now we are not so sure, I had ordered a recliner for my husband, and when we got it and brought it home, it was broke as in they had to order us a new one, finally got it back after three months, then we ordered a dresser and it was here within eight weeks, but when we got it home it was broken. Had to call and talked with sales lady and they offered money off if we wanted to keep it. So we did take the dale but it isn’t the people at the store that don’t care it is the people that make it!!   Colleen was exceptional. Just the right mix of being there to answer questions but no so pant as to make us uncomfortable.

  Ethan listened to what I was looking for. I can’t wait for my new rocker recliner to get here. In the past I purchased a king bedroom outfit. From the sale to setup they have been wonderful.

  Went in this evening around 6:00 or so. I needed to completely furnish a den, living room and dinning room for my new home. I was greeted by a younger thin brown haired gal. We informed her we were just looking when she asked if we needed help. We also said after she kept pushing we were having a hard time finding a couch to fit our living room. Once again said we didn’t need help at the time just looking. She said I will meet you down there. At that point I felt uncomfortable and felt I was being pushed. She came down and asked some questions and my husband said just window shopping right now due to us feeling irritated by this point. She continued to push asking about our couch that we had now and if we were looking for the same. Yet again we said we are just looking. I walked away by this point beyond this point not happy. She I believe continued to bother my husband. When he came back by me I said I am done and will not be doing business with someone who continues to push at us. I truly even never had the time to sit on couches to get the feel for them or even look at anything else due to her bothering us and not letting us pick things out On Our own in a comfortable setting. I will give my business to another company that will not use that over pushy sale approach to furnish all 3 rooms. She could of in fact made a decent commission with as much as we had to get, and the company would have made decent money also. Did business with Denver mattress and it was connected so I thought I would have a good experience again.
