However, our special order furniture that was promised at 16 weeks has morphed into 24 weeks. No calls, no letters, no notification whatsoever. I called the store for a pickup date/time and was only notified at that point there was an 8 week delay. I have called 3 times with promises of a return call for more information and…crickets. Customer service is nonexistent.
