  Why is EVERYTHING made out of particle board and MDF these days. Everything in this store is ugly and cheap looking. Everything.

  Hyrum provided Outstanding Service and an Amazing Find! We had been searching for power reclining loveseats and found two we liked at Furniture Row. We decided to use the chat feature to ask about pricing, and that’s when we were connected with Hyrum — and wow, he was absolutely amazing! He responded quickly, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and was so helpful from start to finish. On a whim, we asked if there was any chance he could find a love seat that we had purchased 13 years ago, and to our surprise, he said he’d check the in-stock inventory when he got in on Monday. Sure enough, he got back to us and had actually found our exact love seat and it was powered! It was a sectional couch missing one piece, but he offered us the remaining four pieces for an incredible deal — $1,000 — which included both powered arm pieces. It ended up being exactly what we were looking for We honestly couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to Hyrum and Furniture Row for going above and beyond — we’re thrilled to have found a power loveseat that perfectly matches our existing furniture after all these years!

  After searching several with no luck (and prices that were upwards of $1,200 for a coffee table!), we decided to pop into Furniture Row. I was so impressed with the quality and prices of the furniture here! We found a really nice coffee table made of real wood (and super heavy construction) for $250! Granted, we took the floor model to save money, but it was a great deal for a beautiful piece of furniture. Furniture Row isn't fancy, and it sells discount furniture that looks nice, is good quality, but won't break the bank. The store is organized like a typical furniture showroom, with different "rooms" displaying all the sofas, chairs, beds, and the like. The furniture items were all clearly labeled and the price tags were easy to read. It was simple to see the price on everything in the store, which I appreciated. I didn't like that we were completely ignored while browsing here. While I don't like to be bothered, it was next to impossible to find a salesperson to help us when we were ready to make our purchase. We had to go up to the main desk and wait. And wait. Aaaaand wait. Finally we found a guy to help us, but he wasn't all that helpful. I mean, all we wanted to do was swipe our credit card and load the table into the back of our car! After we finally made our purchase, it was easy and fast. We got our table and were on our way. Despite the service hiccups, I highly recommend Furniture Row. I've been nothing but happy with my table, and the price was more than right!

  I made the sale and started out buying something for $699 and am expecting free delivery, ended up spending just $2000.00 and you still will not make the delivery for free?!! I will pay this off and start buying from Ashley Furniture!! Also, think this thru real well!!! I made the sale, I could do that job with my eyes closed and be top seller at that part time. $129 delivery fee is very un called for, customer’s spending that and more?!! Feel free to contact me, if you care to discuss this matter and believe me I hope you do!!!
