  We were immediately assisted with shopping for a new dining room set. The sales rep, Greg, is new to his position, but did great answering our questions, or getting us the answers. We were assisted also by a lady at the counter who was so helpful to us. We love the new set we ordered and cant wait for its arrival!

  We had a wonderful experience with the salesman. He was kind and gracious with us. Very knowledgeable of all the furniture. We were very pleased with everything from start to finish. Greg was outstanding and a pleasure to work with!

  Very unfortunate that we are writing this review as we had very good interactions with manager, Angela! She’s great. On the other hand, the wait for our furniture, the delivery process getting all messed up to where our stuff came at different times was ridiculous. Paid a delivery fee and found out later that it wouldn’t cover the late items (not our fault) and we had to pick up 2 large items ourselves or pay for shipping again. One of chairs that came 2 months late was damaged from packaging and it was almost impossible to get through to a manager to get it replaced. We had to physically go back to the store to get through to a manager and for someone to make it right. No discounts offered, no in store credit offered, and everything was a hassle after picking out our items. We will be shopping elsewhere for furniture needs unless things are made right.
