Peyton was great to work with and very responsive to my emails and calls. My parts where ordered and arrived quickly for my appt the same week. Once I arrived my truck was taken right in to have three locks and handles replaced. I was told it would take around 1 to 1 1/2 hours so I waited on site. Thirty minutes later she came to tell me my truck was finished. Quick and great work done by all at Funtrail! Highly recommend their services!!

Do not let them wire the topper lights to your truck.
Messed up my 2020 f150 had it to the dealer 4 times for electrical issues, found the wire for brake light not wired correctly

I had my hitch installed here a few months ago because towing has risks and some jobs you don’t entrust to just anyone. This proved to be true today when I had to rent a trailer for a big move and the trailer lights weren’t working, and orange rental company was at a loss. Towing is new to me, too.
Funtrail helped me out today with an issue that wasn’t their fault, and almost helped me a second time when it persisted, but thanks to their customer education, I figured out that the rental company was basically troubleshooting backwards, repeatedly blowing the fuse trying to hook up the same trailer right after changing the fuse it just blew—twice—before trying a second trailer. I thought I’d explained clearly what they should try, and didn’t see them doing it in this order. Then they claimed it was my equipment. Luckily I finally realized what probably happened and didn’t have to take up more of their time—I was able to point out the issue to the rental company and showed them two of the three consecutive fuses their trailer had just blown.
The same rental company that installs a lot of hitches!
Even if you are a “bike racks and occasionally a small trailer” type of hitch user, it’s worth paying a little more for peace of mind that the job is done right because failure can be a lot worse than just blowing your plans for the day, and the customer service at Funtrail has been just great. They saved me money and a huge hassle during a stressful long-distance move.
