I was told about Fuego by my neighbors and we're so happy we decided to check them out last night. The restaurant is beautiful, the energy of the staff is electric and the food is top notch. Tiffany was an amazing server with great enthusiasm. My strawberry field was awesome with smoked bubbles on it and the sea bass was so out of this world! Definitely telling everyone about Fuego!

Update: The owner called to apologize and offered a gift card. I declined, as I will not return and risk experiencing disrespect again if I happen to visit on another “bad day” when the bartender and manager are overwhelmed. That said, I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars simply because the owner cared enough to call. Original review: I visited to place a takeout order today. The host was very nice but sadly, that’s the only good thing I can say about this place. Initially, the host walked me to the bar and asked the bartender if he could take my order. In the rudest tone, the bartender simply said “no” and walked away. I understand he was busy, but there was no need for the rudeness. A waiter then took my order and explained it would be 20 to 25 minutes so I decided to order a drink while I waited. I never got my drink, and it ended up taking exactly 40 minutes for my food to be ready only for part of my order to be missing. When I got home and tried the food, I started to think the mistakes were intentional. My tacos had an excessive amount of salt poured all over them. I called the restaurant to ask for my order to be remade or for a refund, but the manager said he was too busy to take my call. I asked if I could wait on the line, and the host said it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait. I’ve now been on hold for 29 minutes. Unbelievable. I never thought getting a simple order of tacos would turn into such a nightmare. I visited 2 time before for dinner and the experience was a mess too.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the bar. Tiara was fantastic at making suggestions for us. We started out with the happy hour drinks which were fantastic for the price & had the happy hour mango habernero wings to start - delish! We also received complimentary chips & salsa. Loved the chips; salsa needs some spicing up but I understand that some people may not like that. Then I ordered the birria empanadas for dinner & my husband got the chicken fajitas. Both dishes were excellent! Atmosphere is beautiful & modern. Definitely coming back for sure!

I'm someone who enjoys good food, good drinks, and a good time—but there's a line between fun and flat-out unprofessional. I went to Fuego Comida & Tequila with high hopes. Heard a lot of buzz. And to be fair—the food was excellent. The tacos were killer, the carne asada was cooked to perfection, and whoever’s running that kitchen clearly knows what they’re doing. But everything outside the kitchen? Not so much. The service was scattered, loud, and all over the place, And the biggest issue? One of the female bartenders was drinking behind the bar. Not just a sip here and there full-on taking shots, laughing it up with other staff, while customers were left waiting. Super unprofessional. I don’t care how “vibey” or trendy you want your place to be, if your employees are partying more than working, it’s a bad look. Honestly, I came for a good meal and a relaxed night out. What I got felt more like I accidentally walked into someone’s birthday after-party. Great food, but unless management tightens things up and stops treating the place like a tequila-fueled daycare, I won’t be back.
