  Kevin and Maddox arrived to address my toilet repair, these two were more than exceptional in their approach, communication and skill set. Best plumbing experience I have ever had. This my plumbing contractor going forward. Sorry I cannot give you more than 5 stars!!!

  Shout out to Kevin Frost for finding the issue with the plumbing and giving me a reasonable quote. He was thorough and I have to mention how mindful he was. He took his shoe covers on and off as we went outside. Kevin answered all my questions and even gave some really great advice. He's the best, and I will forever refer this company to anyone who needs it.... and even if they don't ask. Thank you, Kevin and Frost & Kretsch Plumbing you all are a blessing, and answer to prayer.

  Frost & Kresch did an excellent job of fixing a plugged sump pump discharge to storm catch basin issue that caused my back yard to be flooded. Steve Little was hard working, tenacious and very skilled in fixing that, installing a new kitchen faucet, fixing a leaky line, and installing a dual sump pump. Earlier this year, they installed a new hot water heater.I highly recommend them.

  I had a water heater and laundry tub install on August 1st. and I am extremely happy with the great service you provided.   After finding my water heater had started to leak, I called to get a price for a new water heater including installation. I was pleasantly surprised to find that their price beat the two major home stores. They were able to come out on a Monday morning. The tech that arrived was very friendly and professional. He verified the the size and capacity of my current water heater and quickly returned with the new one. He installed the new one with new plumbing connections, improved humidifier connection and upgraded the vent pipe. Everything went so smooth and I was extremely happy with the product and installation. The new water heater is so quiet and provides a great supply of hot water. I would highly recommend this local company and will utilize them again for future plumbing needs.
