  I needed some last minute retail bags and the staff at Frontier Bag Co. were my lifesavers. They are very, very customer orientated and although there was a small mix-up, the staff worked together to come up with a solution to ensure that I left satisfied. If I would have known they were in town, I would have been using their services the entire time. Omaha has an overall lack of customer service however Frontier is an exception to the rule. I will definitely shop at Frontier again and would suggest it to friends and family as well.
