For years this dispensary robed me on taxes with a medical card on so many occasions I put in confirmed orders and get there and they have no record allot of times I go there and things say in stock then I’m refused told there is no stock when I get there I feel as a medical patient there should be rules and regulations on treatment of guests thevmale manager that had me banned was laughing in my face about being upset about the issues he never tried to de-escalate anything only made the situation worse I want a civil attorney and will be reaching out to DHHS I feel this place has robbed me for years with insured fees and refuses to help me with Prescription on a regular basis Yeahi need sued even after u name change for what’s taken place I have never been banned from anywhere in my life what’s most amazing is right after the incident they changed their name of the business same fraud landlords have done after breaking the laws here the photo is from a purchase today where they almost frauded my gf. Low income with a medical card this is the treatment of this dispencery being banned for being frauded island then being laughed at by management is what got me banned and not able to fill my legal prescription there at this dispensary “facts” what’s amazing is while I write this and my gf goes and gets my meds or “prescription” they try to rob her in the process and would have if she would not have checked her receipt if it’s state regulated are they responsible for the harm? Bait and switch is how they almost got my gf tonight on the robbed taxes this dispensary excuse was hey computers in the back were never updated to the computer in the front medically denied while robbed when served is this dispensary I am requesting now that the video of the incident be saved for legal the day I got banned tha manager only laughed in my face for expressing my concerns he escalated the situation making matters worse not better and this is the most frauding dispensary in this town hands down I was never threatening or harmful in any way the manager provoked the situation. The fraud is real even in state regulated dispensaries in Missouri receipts are attached to prove the fraudulent hair and switch that has created so much harm from this business the excuse yesterday was the drugs were stored in the wrong spots
