  DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! They lost one of my black Louis Vuitton Monogram Empreinte Zoe Tri-fold Noir Wallet M62935. The wallet was still, in bag & box, new condition as it had NEVER been used. They never call back, Even the manager, Sebastian, makes excuses, doesn’t keep his word, nor owns up to his establishments own mistakes, in my case, losing my wallet in pristine & new condition. It’s ridiculous to have to take someone to court over a wallet valued at $770, that can easily be avoided by being an honorable business man and simply cutting a check to make things right and writing it off his books. He claims to have reviewed a video where he doesn’t see a wallet being turned in, however, he has yet to provide that footage as he promised to and I quote, “I’m sending it to your phone now, RIGHT NOW”. I am still waiting for that footage. I’ll keep you posted with daily updates, let’s see how long it takes for the manager Sebastian to provide footage of when I took my purses in. OR… Writes me a check for the new wallet in bag & box that had never been used with retail value of $770, in which they offered $350 for it. OR Meets me in court. Waste of time and money for both parties involved, such bad business and disappointment. These guys pay top dollar for gold and silver and everyone working here is friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They also have an impressive collection of fine jewelry, coins, bags, and unique collectibles for sale at all times so whether you’re shopping or selling, this place is a must-visit!

  Just okay, they are not super honest and will play the game of low ball you and trick of paying you with cash or check. Expect they will take 8% off spot price and another 3% for cash payout.

  Helen, Catherine, Jason& Jaylen were so helpful. This was my first time in and will defiantly be back. They all worked together as a team if anyone had a question. Store is BEAUTIFUL. Will defiantly be back to shop around and can’t wait to visit the eBay store.
