  What an amazing experience with Friends Irrigation. They provided us with a reasonable quote and were able to book quickly on expanding our sprinkler system by adding a new zone and also updated our existing heads that were in need of repair. They worked fast and efficiently and cleaned everything up. True professionals.

  Had a brand new irrigation system installed. They even were able to accommodate underground plumbing for a new outdoor shower. The team worked unbelievably hard all day (and there were a lot of old roots that needed to be hacked through) and stayed well past the end of the day to finish the job. The heads were all properly laid out to cover all the old flower beds and all the new sod. They gave me instructions on how to setup and use the watering clock/panel and when I had a few minor minor issues relating to spray patterns on a few of the heads they came back and made the adjustments no problem. Super friendly, super responsive and from talking with one of guys have been doing this work for decades. Having the irrigation system was a game changer for us and their willingness to work with me on the plumbing for the outdoor shower was the extra mile. Could not be happier and would highly recommend Friends to anyone looking for irrigation work.

  Friends Irrigation did an outstanding job installing a 9-zone irrigation system for our new landscaping. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Chris even came back after the sod and hydroseed were laid to double-check that the system was scheduled properly and everything was running smoothly. It’s rare to find a company that takes that level of care and pride in their work. Highly recommend!

  After irrigation system was installed, he (the owner) wanted $700 more than our signed contract for he was “confused” with measurements of the property. He blamed the landscaper, he blamed on the survey map and multiple visits/quotes he gave me. I was not confused. I thought the contract was written and signed so that there will be no confusion between us. I guess the contract didn’t mean much and he thought he could throw a number because he was confused. Be ware customers!! I do not know whether this is his business practice model but not good. You do not say “well, you need to pay me more because I was confused” after the job is done. The job was done with no issues so far. After that he kept saying he would come to our house to explain how to operate it. I was like “no, no, don’t come here!! You will charge me unknown amount and confuse us more with how to use this!!” lol
