After diagnosing our HVAC issue and giving us options and recommendations, Abram spent an additional hour helping us to clear the ice blocking the drain pipe to prevent further leaking. Abram was also knowledgeable and advised us on next steps.

- APArmando PiconAug 28, 20251.0They seemed quick to respond at first, sent a technician who was an hour late past the three hour window they gave, jobs get delayed understandable. The tech showed me the problem and gave me a good deal to fix it but then he said he didnt have the equipment to fix it. I assumed because it was already late in the day but who knows. The tech mentioned the office would call me the following day to schedule repairs. I waited until the afternoon to call them myself and they said they did not have all the information needed to schedule; again I was told someone would call the following day. This is now Friday, again I waited till the end of the day to call them back and im told dispatch has left and someone would call me Tuesday due to the long holiday weekend, little agitated but understandable. I have yet to receive a call back.

He had some great ideas and seemed to really know of what he spoke, Im a general engineering estimator and work with proposals all day. It is refreshing to not “be sold” and just have things explained for my edification.
