Horrible customer service. The calls go unanswered. When you finally get through calls are dropped during transfer. MESAAGES ARE NEVER RETURNED. Promised a call back today. Never received. Avoid putting your money here. You will regret it.

Tried calling Clyde’s office all day and not a single time did I get an answer. How long do you expect your customers to sit on hold for? I waited 30-45 minutes each time. I will be pulling my money and leaving. Terrible customer service.. absolutely terrible

The employees and managers I’ve met with and been assisted by are always friendly and courteous, often going out of their way to help me in other ways I don’t even realize I need help with.
