    Yesterday an AC technician came who installed a new capacitor for me for $250. After its installation my air conditioner worked for 3 hours and stopped again and at the same time another fan broke down. The next day I was told the cost of repairs in the range of 4-5 thousand dollars and they didn't explain what exactly needs to be replaced. The specialists want to sell a new air conditioner more than repair it or sell and install you an unnecessary part. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

    We had requested a diagnostic and an estimate for the repair or replacement of a unit in my restaurant. Carlos, the technician, came and informed us that a replacement was necessary. I paid for the diagnostic in cash and requested an invoice. The following day, I contacted them to request a quote for the replacement and the invoice for the payment. The response was, "We will send it to you shortly." On the second day, I called again to request the invoice and quote, and I finally received the invoice. I called again in the afternoon, and they said, "We are working on the quote; we don't know about your machine; we need to find out, etc." Their lack of knowledge and professionalism is evident, and they are certainly not suited for commercial work. Today, after four days, I still have not received an estimate. It feels like a waste of money, as the diagnostic already confirmed that the unit was not functioning.

    After years of struggling with AC repairs from individuals who were not qualified, a good friend gave me a recommendation to Freezing Mechanical—and it was absolutely worth it. They exceeded all my expectations. From the very beginning, the sales process was clear, transparent, and professional. Every option was explained in detail, and all my questions were answered with patience. Communication throughout was outstanding. I especially appreciated the emails with updates and even photos of the installation team ahead of time, which gave me full confidence in who would be coming into my home. On installation day, the team, headed by Ronald Gonzalez and Anthony Rey, arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and treated my home with great respect. Their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail were evident at every step. The finished installation was neat, fully tested, and carefully explained before they left. Overall, this was one of the smoothest and most professional home service experiences I’ve ever had. After so many frustrating attempts with others, finding this company was a relief—they not only did the job right, but went above and beyond in service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC purchase and installation.

    Hazte un favor y no contactes a esta empresa para ningún servicio. Lamentablemente, no puedo dejar una reseña inicial de cero, pero créeme cuando te digo que se lo merecen. A la hora de cerrar el trato, el representante de ventas incluso consigue que el propietario Victor Finalet te convenza; eso es exactamente lo que me pasó. Estaba buscando un nuevo aire acondicionado central para mi casa, y no voy a mentir: comparado con otros presupuestos que recibí, el suyo era el más barato. Pero más barato no siempre es mejor, déjame explicarte. Mi casa originalmente tenía una unidad central de 5 toneladas, pero solo tenían unidades de 4 toneladas disponibles en ese momento. Fue entonces cuando Victor intervino. Me convenció, basándose en su "experiencia" de que la unidad de 4 toneladas funcionaría perfectamente bien, quizás incluso mejor, que la de 5 toneladas. ¿Y adivina qué? Ni de cerca. El aire acondicionado central que instalaron ni siquiera puede enfriar mi casa a 73 grados. Funciona constantemente, luchando por mantener la temperatura deseada y la factura de la luz sigue subiendo por las nubes. Los he contactado varias veces, pero ignoran mis llamadas, no me devuelven la llamada y no reconocen su error. Mientras tanto, estoy atascado con un sistema de aire acondicionado deficiente que apenas funciona. Moraleja: un servicio barato puede salirte más caro a largo plazo, mejor dicho “LO BARATO SALE CARO”Ahórrate dolores de cabeza y estrés: no trabajes con esta empresa. Espero que este mensaje te llegue a tiempo.

    Do yourself a favor and don’t contact this business for any service. Unfortunately I can’t leave a zero start review but believe me when I say that they deserve it. When it comes to closing the deal, the sales representative will even get the owner Victor Finalet involved to convince you — that’s exactly what happened to me. I was shopping for a new central A/C unit for my house, and I won’t lie: compared to other estimates I received, theirs was the cheapest. But cheaper isn’t always better, let me explain myself. My house originally had a 5-ton central unit, but they only had 4-ton units available at that time. That’s when Victor got involved. He convinced me, based on his “experience” that the 4-ton unit would work perfectly fine — maybe even better — than the 5-ton. And guess what? Not even close. The central A/C they installed can’t even cool my house to 73 degrees. It runs constantly, struggling to maintain the desired temperature and the electric bill keeps going through the roof. I’ve contacted them multiple times, but they ignore my calls, don’t call back, and won’t acknowledge their mistake. In the meantime, I’m stuck with a subpar A/C system that barely works. Moral of the story: Cheap service can cost you more in the long run. Save yourself the headache and stress — don’t do business with this company. I hope this message reaches you in time.
