- DWDylan WaldrepJun 3, 20255.0Read this post if you want to know the truth.. This company WILL serve you! This isn’t a road side sales team that is trying to run your credit score. Be honest with them and you will get honesty back I assure you. Dave, our Salesman was ready to get us taken care of from the start. I did NOTHING but got my info to him and told him what we wanted. Everything he could take care of while I was at work, he did it. He also is smooth with the jokes. Shane, our Field Tech is a very knowledgeable tradesman that actually knew the products he was installing. He even left his number in case anything happened to our new home after hours and is really serving this company well. Chad, the Manager is an extremely friendly person and knowledgeable over this company from the bottom to the top. He knew our product and was very helpful through the process when it came down to deadlines. Please check with this company before you buy a home from somewhere else. If they don’t have it they can find it.

Dave is just such a fun, down to earth & absolutely hilarious person to work with & we recommend him to anyone! He is so helpful, attentive & he really cares about his customers! In all seriousness I tried a year ago, was not the beeeest experience with another company so I just kept it to myself. This time, because of him taking the time to listen to our family's needs, educate us, I mean just all around wonderful experience. I pray we get approved so he can get the reward of it.
