- HAHaley AbrellSep 1, 20251.0This place is a joke. Everything went great up until closing. After closing we lost all communication and had zero contact for 6 weeks. The person we closed with left & or was fired and we were never notified. Getting updates was like pulling teeth. They delivered our house and we didn’t receive a notification about it until a week after. After moving in our cabinets fell apart, trim fell off the wall. The best part? Our master closet collapsed. Not a single screw or anchor was placed into a stud. We called to file warranty claim for them come fix and was told “they’ll come out when they are in the area again”. Haven’t heard from anyone since. It’s been a little over a month. We’ve since fixed it ourselves but this place is obviously a joke and only cares about getting you to sign on the dotted line.

If he didn’t know the answer to our question, he wrote it down and said he would find The answer. When purchasing a home, there are a lot of questions. We Appreciated Bryson for all of his hard work.
