I have no complaints at all about my experience here! The staff was always very supportive, patient, and they were able to answer any and all the questions we had to ask. They were also super fast about getting our house delivered, our footers set, and the house put on blocks. They also made the process extremely easy and were able to process out paper work as well as ensuring we knew every part of the process. The sales representative we had was Karli Neal and I cannot have higher praises for her. She was able to help us with the entire process, application, financing, and scheduling as well as being able to make sure that we understood both the good and bad parts of the entire situation and made us feel like friends as opposed to just clients which was extremely refreshing!

Bought my first house here. I had Jimmy as my sales rep and he did an amazing job, he stuck with me all the way through the financing process and helped made sure everything went as smoothly as possible with the delivery and setup of my home. Great place to buy mobile homes and I highly recommend them. Make sure you ask for Jimmy Mullins, he will take care of you.

This is my experience. A few things to consider before you buy from this seller. They may not get your home situated in time. It's was almost a year before we could move in. They will 100% try to cut a many corners as they can. It's mobile home. You will have problems that is part of moving a structure already built. The problem with this seller all falls back on the manager in my opinion. The staff were knowledgeable, and kind as salemalen and women would be expected to be. But, the GM is an incompetent and lazy leader. He was caught lying more times than I can count and in the end their corporate office had to get involved before any real action got taken, and even then the experience leaves you feeling like they should have done more. One example of his incompetence is: Regarding why our septic tank was not getting done, he told us the contractor was talking to a man named "David" at the health department. He had been saying they could not work due to weather conditions. After some investigation we found that this "David" did not exist. He was not at the health department. When questioned he said they were talking to a "David" at a different health department. It was a fantastic save. Not only did he lie, but he sent a letter with the same lie written in it. Physical proof of his poor performance. Keep in mind this is a business. They do not care about you. They want your money. That said, the man signing the papers at this place is not just impersonal, and unable to empathize. He's also not very good at his job. His mismanagement, in my opinion, caused more problems than the incompetent contractor he hired to do work at our home. In the end it was corporate who got things going and us finally moved in, as I see it. Choose less headaches and go elsewhere. You can reason with the sales people, but at the end of the day the man who controls a lot of the process is unable to deliver on any of the promises the sales people make. Edit: Customer Service is not important to these people. I called this number when the Manager started his shady and unprofessional behavior. Rather than help they tried to gaslight us. Go elsewhere
