  Alyx was the best to work with. She goes above and beyond to make sure all questions were answered and no questions were left unanswered. Alyx, Michelle, and Stacey were awesome to work with!!!

  Darren was awesome, loved the customer service, he was always willing to help. Thank you freedom homes for my lovely new home. If u are ever in need of a new home go see Darren he always has a smile on his face and willing to help.

  ******REAL REVIEW***** They playing with ppl!!! When I put my $1000 down as a “down payment” to lock in the price of the home…..NOT TRUE. I was told by Jacob”it holds the price of the home, and is refundable the full amt back to the “method of payment”. A bold face lie!! Then the manger Chase M lied and said another thing….”I’m not gonna get my money back”. Bc I didn’t pay for the appraisal. Another LIE. Sent proof I paid!!! They DO EVERYTHING IN THEY POWER NOT TO REFUND you your $1000 deposit back. Now supposedly it TAKES 14 days from today (10/8) to get a check and I HAVE TO GO UP THERE TO GET IT???? But the salesperson Jacob S sd it goes back to the method of payment it was paid. I could say more, I need and want my $1000 refund, bc let Jacob S tell it. It’s fully refunded and Chase M sd it will but in a check…..🤔🤔. Imma patiently wait and will do another REAL REVIEW AFTER THESE 14 days to see if he gonna cut this check of my WHOLE $1000!!!

  So many Positive adjectives I can use to describe Freedom Homes The moment I walked in ,I was greeted by Jacob. He took the time to find out what I was looking for or needed in my first Home. He asked questions then took me on a tour. Freedom has different models & designs to look at on the lot . He made it easy to decide & I made my choice. Jacob answered my calls & text along the way up until the papers were signed. I also met Dillon,project manager on the same day. Dillon is awesome!. Since this was my first time buying a Manufactured Home & not knowing all the things that go along with it,Dillon helped me all the way from getting the Pad down ,all the hook ups til every thing was set in place. He made sure everyone was set & ready to do their job. I was impressed with the original steps that came with the home,but I did choose to exchange the front ones to a bigger porch.Which again,Dillon had the contact,& made that easy to do. Everyone he had to do each project,were on time & completed the job with in the day & all were nice & answered any questions I had & explained what they were doing. Again,Thanks to Dillon. Saved me from doing all the research & trying to find each individual contractor. Stacy made my Welcome Home very special & went over details & made me feel right at home! Myron & his helper did a great job on doing the little touch ups. So whether you are new to purchasing a Mobile home or not,or not sure,or just have questions... I highly recommend following them on Facebook or stopping by in person. I'm so happy I did. They all made my experience a positive one.! Thank you to everyone at Freedom.

  What can I say about this team? They are absolutely amazing!!! Haley and Dillon I know I drove crazy with all my questions but they were patient with me and answered everyone. From start to finish, Haley was a superstar. Stacy was so sweet doing my welcome home. Thanks to Myron for the repair work. Everyone during my experience was so kind and I felt they were truly happy for me and my new home.
