He asked us a few questions to get information on what we were looking for and then took us around to look at homes on the lot that fit our wants and needs. We chose a home that we liked but we had just started our looking process so we were not ready to move forward with financing. When I was ready to pull the trigger I let Kenny know and within 4 weeks we were closing on our new home. This 4 week time period also included us changing the home we wanted. The first home we chose had numbers that were above what we were wanting to pay so I spoke with Kenny's supervisor Micah, only because Kenny was at a training session, and asked if they could run the numbers on a different home that we chose. Within 2 days we had our new set of numbers and were ready to move forward. We are now waiting for our dirt pad to be laid out and have the home delivered. Even though the sale has been completed Kenny still responds to my texts with answers to any questions that I have. I would definitely recommend Kenny at Freedom Homes. As I stated previously, we are still waiting for our home to be delivered so this review is strictly about Kenny, Micah, and my experience at Freedom Homes. A future review will come about the home itself and customer service if any issues arise. Thank you Kenny for making this an easy process.
