Today my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Brent the maintenance guy for Freedom Homes, he was very professional and knowledgeable of absolutely everything he didn’t just take notes,He literally touched everything that was a concern for us, and assured us that if it didn’t get fixed, it would be replaced. He did an absolutely amazing job!

I wish i could post pics but we have been complaining about our master bathroom always cold during winter months but they claim they could never find a problem. Also my kids say at night they can hear what sounds like animals fighting in the walls. So today i took part of the wall apart to access the water faucet in the bathroom because it broke. Low and behold a big hold in the floor that don't belong there for no reason at all. What else do I see? All the mess their building crew left and all all kind of animal droppings. I'm not just talking about rat dropping but what looks like cat or other large animal droppings. I wouldn't buy another home from them if my life depended on it as this makes no sense what so ever. Now I'm about to tear into this wall in our master bathroom to see where this air is coming from that keeps our bathroom feeling like a freezer during winter months. I can only imagine what I will find. They want their money but can't seem to build their homes correctly and use cheap fixtures also. You don't even get a 1 star from me but I had to select it to post my review as this is just SAD. YOU WILL BE HEARING MORE ABOUT THIS FROM SOMEONE OTHER THAN ME.
