  Would not recommend doing business with these people don’t communicate well or straight out ignore questions had to fix few things on deal sheet through few different txt and said no problem on everything but never directly answer on bookshelf’s well 6 txt later no real answer then home delivery guess what no book shelves and said not there mistake and wanted to change $500 to get them Home sit for weeks on property with nothing being done and no answers We had to put a 1,000 deposit to get started but said it was to refund when they received final payment payment but now they want refund it and ignoring calls and txt I just wouldn’t do it again Advice take time find dealer with better reputation this is just a little of the problems we had in lost for words on how bad they do people

  Wouldn’t recommend anyone buy a home from freedom or Clayton homes. Care about you and your money but as soon as you pay and sign that contract they’ve got you and can make you wait however long they feel to repair necessary stuff. Never will get back to you no matter what. Only person I can say is worth a damn might be the GM but other than him the crew ain’t all that. Manager is arrogant and the crew doesn’t know how to pick up a phone and make a call or write an email or text message. Buy from international or just buy a set home already. Probably better off building one

  Very unhappy with this company would not recommend. One’s they have been payed Tyler Marcum and Gary have gave me the run around for weeks. I still don’t even have the keys to my house. I’m making a house payment waiting on them to finish what’s on our contract like a heat pump etc. I got financing threw a company called Triad and told them not to release the funds until they had done what was on the contract they did anyway against my wishes. If you have any problems with the quality of work well they don’t care.
