  Our household had the privilege of first meeting Eric Long when he so promptly responded to our outreach about a bed bug infestation nearly a year ago. In this nightmare-come-true scenario, our family was lost in the dark. Eric entered the scene without hesitation or judgment and immediately brought a sense of calm to us in our moment of dire need, extending a hand of security when it felt like we were drowning. As we’ve continued to use Free Bee’s services each month since, our relentless pestering has been met with nothing but patience and warmth. Eric refuses to hoard his valuable, hard-won expertise to only profit himself, but shares it freely so that others might benefit from his many years of experience. Eric’s not just “the bug guy.” He’s an exceptionally thoughtful man with a heart for serving others; a genuine human being who recognizes and respects the humanity in the clients he serves so faithfully day in and day out.   I called a few businesses when we found some yellow jackets in our roof. Free Bee's receptionist (Kendyl) was super friendly, helpful, and educational so I went forward with them. Jakob came out two days later for a free inspection and he was also fantastic. Clearly knew what he was doing and was just a good dude overall. He explained the entire situation and there was no pressure to get me to move forward with the service. I, of course, did let him know I wanted to move forward and he immediately got his things ready and got to work. Within the hour, the bees were sprayed and Jacob walked me through what to expect over the next few days. Super happy with this service and will definitely recommend them & use them in the future if needed!

  Incredibly honest and effective pest control company! The staff are courteous and knowledgeable, they were empathetic to my concerns and did not recommend any unnecessary treatment. I highly recommend!!

  Thank you for taking care of the yellow jacket nest that was above our 2nd story window. They were going into a small gap between the window and brick and needed your professional treatment. Kendall did an excellent job of explaining the process and approximate cost while setting up the appointment over the phone. Technician Jakob did an outstanding job explaining his approach and quickly took care of our yellow jacket problem. Thanks again Free Bee…you have a great team working for you. John (from Bellbrook)

  Would recommend (& have!) over and over. I noticed a hornets nest, called (on Labor Day!) and Eric scheduled me just two days later. He listened to my concerns, and quickly removed the nest. I am so grateful for the amazing customer service as well as quick turnaround time. You could tell he enjoys his job and getting this nest down was a priority. I highly recommend them for any pest control you may need! Thank you Eric! (I have added before and after photos- the whole process was super quick!)
