  Saw Dr.Jackson back in 2019 and absolutely had the worst experience of my life. Totally dismissed issues I had been having with tonsils and said there was nothing that could be done. Fast forward to 2025 and I was seeing an allergist about some allergy issues and mentioned the issues I’ve had with my tonsils. He suggested I go to an ear, nose, and throat doctor to see about getting them removed. I didn’t even think that was an option after my bad experience with Dr. Jackson. Recently went to Central ENT Consultants also here in Frederick and after my first visit they got me scheduled for surgery and validated my issues. Wish I would’ve gone there to begin with. Would not recommend Frederick ENT Group or Jackson to anyone

  Dr. Yoon & staff is always great. He is very quick but also thorough. I’ve had 2 surgeries done on my nose by him and everything has gone wonderfully. They usually have appointments available not too far out and the front desk staff is very nice. Highly recommend.

  One of the best doc experiences I've had. Dr. Jackson is extremely thorough. Great bedside manner, offered options and recommendations and took his time.

  Staff is very kind! I’ve been going here for a few years myself to cauterize a vein in my nose that causes nose bleeds. Dr. Jackson is always very kind and great bedside manner. Tells me what he wants to do in regards to checking my nose out. I recently had to bring my youngest daughter in to get her ears looked at and the appointment went great as I expected.
