  Sigh. This review isn’t about the young people working today and trying to make a living. It’s about whoever manages and supervises the Rapid City Freddy’s. 1.)it should not take more than 20 minutes to get anything at a place with a drive through. There was only one car in front of me and the dining room was 1/3 full. This is a food management/time management issue someone had failed to train on 2.) If you mess up someone’s order, like happened to mine, have them come wait inside. Your parking lot is not built for anyone to just pull forward and I was in everyone else’s way 3.) when you finally brought my order to my car it was wrong. By the time the right order came out it was cold. At this point just refund me. I’m never coming back for this free combo meal coupon you gave me. If Culver’s can figure out their drive through with basically the same menu, I don’t know what you guys are doing. It feels like you built a franchise to make money and then left it run itself. Which is a poor way to treat customers AND employees.

  The food was amazing and the ice cream was even better. The customer services though wasn't the best. My boyfriend had asked a manager named Kasey and had given him a very rude answer. Once he walked away she made a rude face as if he was an idiot. He confronted her and she was just continously rude. But we talked to another manager and he was soo nice and Billy was also very nice.

  Food is okay, get ready to wait. If you're not hungry, order now. By the time the food gets here you'll probably be hungry. I have been here several times now. Every time the food is just okay. It has never been hot. But it has been edible. I have gone through the drive-thru several times. It has always taken forever. This last time it was almost a half an hour of waiting just to get to the window to pay. And then I waited about 5 minutes at the window, to get my one order. As I was waiting there I had plenty of time to look inside, and see the poorly kept floor. Probably enough food on the floor to sweep up and make several meals. There were workers with long hair who did not wear hair nets. So far I feel lucky that I have not gotten hair in my food. Maybe a year from now, management will realize that this is a great spot for a fast food restaurant. I'll try then, and update my review if anything has changed.

  Just leaving this here to try and help out. I have had 2 bad experiences coming here but they literally just started out here and i complained to a manager and they quickly fixed it. People are slamming this place for simple things like the frys being "too thin" thats how they do it people. Rapid just hates anything thats not some locally owned overpriced and criminally overrated for the "experience". Its a fast food place yall what do you expect the four seasons?? Lighten up people or we won't ever get any new restaurants here. Nothing ever last here because all yall are insufferable. Yes there are some immature teens working there. Just like literally every other fast food place to ever exist ever. We are gonna eventually get somewhere better than freddys and yall are gonna hate it asap. No i dont work there or even know anyone that works here id just hate to see the one Freddys that we literally just got and has been here like a month disappear because people here ruin everything. If yall hate it so much please help your self and go back to eating McDonald's or arbys or whatever basic restaurant we have 50 of here.
