We went through the drive through and the kid who took our order was super patient and kind. We paid and got to the pickup window and we're notified that the hotdog buns were still frozen and if we pulled up they would bring them out when everything was done. A small wait and the girl came out super apologetic and said they were going to take a bit to defrost and they would gets anything else we want... we dont eat the buns anyways so score. She was so sweet and apologetic. I firmly believe when situations like this arrise, its God's way of putting you right where you need to be or keep you safe from something else. We had a nice breather, a good dinner, and kind service. Who could ask for anything more! You guys are doing good! Keep it up!

Ordered a single concrete. Waited over 10 minutes. As resteraunt was nowhere near capacity and the drive through was only four or five cars, I asked an employee just in case they had missed it. I was told it would be another 10 minutes or more, after my intital over 10 minute wait. Asked for a refund as I had to get going and could not wait 20-25 minutes for ice cream I was told by the supervisor who came up to void the transaction, "We are busy". No offer to make right, no sorry this is taking so long, nothing. There were several other customers similarly waiting. The resteraunt looked clean and everyone but the supervisor was very friendly. I may try again, but not anytime soon.

If you have a lot of extra time on your hands and don’t mind getting a little for a lot, be their guest. After paying almost $8 for 2 small cones at the first window, we sat there for 12 minutes watching three employees do nothing at the first window. At the 10 minute mark we had asked one of the gals standing there if they could just get our cones so we could go. Nope, they only take money and serve drinks at the first window. Wow. Great customer service. Then we finally get to the second window and they had someone else’s order up for us. I told the gal we had ordered 2 small cones. Eventually they found our order and someone appeared with one cone. “Oh, they need another one?” Almost $8 for two tiny scoops that didn’t even fill the hollow cone. Their burgers must be REALLY good. But I doubt I’ll ever try one.

I don’t know who’s back there cooking at Freddy’s, but I’m 90% sure they made a deal with the flavor gods. The steakburger hit so hard I almost proposed to it. Juicy, crispy edges, that buttery bun… I had a full rom-com montage with my meal. Then came the fries, those glorious little salty matchsticks of happiness. I could eat them by the handful like a raccoon who just discovered fine dining. I dipped one in the fry sauce and saw colors I didn’t know existed. At one point I made eye contact with a worker while inhaling fries, and I swear they nodded like, “yeah, that’s the right way.” And the custard? My taste buds filed for early retirement because it simply doesn’t get better than this. Freddy’s, I’d take out a loan for you. If you need me, I’ll be in the drive-thru pretending I “forgot something” just to do it all over again.

Room for improvement, but I will say the burgers were very tasty. Kudos for that. My daughter and I went to Freddy’s on a whim. We heard it was open and it just sounded good. It was quite busy, as we’d expected, and the drive through line was huge so we walked in and ordered our meals to go; 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 medium shakes. The wait was long but we expected that based on crowd. Finally our number was called. We went to grab our meal and I noticed our shakes were not there. When I mentioned it, the woman said they weren’t done yet. It’s a to-go order, I thought to myself. Getting just part of it doesn’t serve any purpose. We grabbed our partial meal and sat back down. After several minutes we were called up again for the rest of our order. I suggested to the woman that she should just call numbers when the entire order is complete — less noise in the dining room and less walking traffic. She didn’t seem too pleased with the suggestion. As we were leaving we noticed we received small shakes rather than medium. We were out of time though since my daughter had to get ready for work. Our loss. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give the burgers an 8, the fries a 6, and the shakes a 7 (based on taste not the fact that we were shorted). For fast food, it was pretty good and we’ll be back. I’m sure they’ll work out some of the startup pains soon.
