Ordered ahead and they made me come inside to get my food. Unacceptable in 2025

We went in to eat. The food was pretty good, but the place was filthy. The floors don't look like they have been mopped since opening day, and the tables were sticky. We were very disappointed since this is a new place.

Good food and great service. LOVE that I don't have to beg for an extra sauce packet or pop refills, They're all readily available and well stocked. However, beware of the driveway! If you're not rolling in a lifted bro-dozer or arriving by helicopter you're going to scrape your bumper off trying to get in and out. Hopefully they can get whoever poured this mess to make it more accessible in the future. Overall it's a great fast food experience but destroying my car to get here is frustrating.

First time eating at Freddy's. Food was good. the driveway when entering is HORRIBLE and will scrape under your car bumper!!!! They need to get that leveled out a bit. I ate inside around 9pm and it was EXTREMELY bright, all those lights are not necessary, they would do just fine with half the lights. Also the volume of the speaker was wayyy to loud, every time the employee yelled an order out i jumped up. (He does not have to yell it out that's why there's a mic) It was way too much going on inside so i decided to eat outside only to findthe speaker and music to still be as loud, causing me to not really enjoy my meal :(

We've eaten at Freddy's in Texas and Idaho so we know what to expect. The food was as good as we expected. We had a grilled cheese steak burger, a prime rib steak burger, and a jalapeno pepper jack steak burger. Plenty of jalapenos on the burger unlike some places. The employees at the counter need to learn how to speak up and enunciate. It was hard understanding what the cashier was saying and evey time I asked her to speak up it seemed she was getting quieter. I do understand the place has only been open a month so hopefully after working a few months they get a little more comfortable in the job. Atmosphere is where the improvement needs to happen IMHO. The floors were very slippery- they needed to be mopped a couple of times. The tables were dirty, the cups for ketchup were missing and the flies.....ugh. I would do the drive thru if I wanted to eat here again for a while to give them time to get things under control. TLDR: food good for fast food but give it acfew months before choosing to dine in.
