Pulled up to the drive-thru on a Friday night at 8:15. (They close at 11). Sat there for about 5 minutes asking "hello"? Started to pull off when I saw someone at the back door and asked if the drive thru was open. They said to pull up to the window. I placed my order at the window and then waited for about 15 minutes for my food to come out during which time another person asked me what I ordered and I had to tell them again and tell them that I had already paid (got no receipt btw). Horrible service. My California Style burger was just okay (They totally skimped the veggies with no tomato at all). Dry patties. The cheese curds were nothing but grease and salt...much worse even than the most basic mozzarella cheese-sticks. I will never go back.

No staff, it took 20 minutes to get our take out from the window. They forgot our shakes and I had to drive back to get our beverages.

This place is the absolute worst and some of its employees on the shift i ordered from are completely incompetent. I ordered 2 meals from this location through doordash. When I received my order, not only were the items wrong, I didnt even receive half of my food. The driver was kind enough to go back for a remake. He brings my food back and once again, not only was my order completely wrong, it was missing items again. So I call and the guy on the phone was cool, offering to remake my food again, but the lady in the background was bitching about me complaining. I hung up on them. Its like they just make whatever they want and put it in the bag. Both the first and second order didnt even remotely match my order. Totally pathetic experience. I will NEVER shop that location again in my life. To get it THAT wrong 2x back to back suggest this is a regular occurrence.

Good food, but pretty terrible service. I’ve gone through the drive through twice now with less than desirable conduct from the employees at the window. Once with the drive through worker tucking his shirt into pants that were pulled down a bit - belt undone and zipper down. I think he was just trying to get a good tuck, but come on…at the window with a car pulling up!?
This last time, a different guy opened the window, rubbed his finger under his nose as he sniffed in, and stuck out the card reader. Again…pretty gross and weird behavior for a front line worker. I think the training here must be pretty poor, if not nonexistent.
The times that I do go in and order at the counter, there always seems to be someone at the register who is completely unaware of how to ring in my perfectly normal order… Like it’s their first day on the job.
That being said, it’s pretty tasty food! I hope that the kitchen is cleaner than the window workers would make me believe.

How much advance notice is required for a catering order?
Catering orders under $500 must be placed 2 hours before they are ready. Orders between $500 and $1,500 must be placed 20 hours before they are ready. Orders over $1,500 must be placed 68 hours before they are ready.
Can I earn Freddy’s Rewards points on catering? Can I redeem a reward?
If you place a catering order when logged into your Freddy’s Rewards account, you will receive Freddy’s Rewards points from that order. At this time, there are no rewards available for catering.
How can I participate in Freddy's Rewards?
You can participate in Freddy's Rewards by downloading our mobile app or visiting Freddy's Rewards and creating a Freddy's Rewards account. For the best experience in the mobile app, the latest version of iOS / Android is recommended.
Do I get a reward on my birthday?
When you sign up and provide your birthday, we'll send you a surprise reward on your birthday each year to use within the next 30 days! Birthdays falling within 30 days of signup will receive their reward the following year. Is Freddy's Rewards available at all locations?
While most of our locations participate in Freddy’s Rewards, a few nontraditional locations at airports, sports venues and college campuses do not participate.
Why can't I see my sign-up reward?
The reward for signing up on the Freddys App may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. If your reward does not appear after 24 hours, reach out to our digital hospitality team by using the support form below.
Can I use a reward and a promo code in the same order?
Unfortunately, you cannot combine promo codes with rewards at this time.
How many rewards can I redeem in one order?
Only one reward can be redeemed per transaction.
How do I redeem rewards?
To redeem a reward at the register, let the Freddy’s Team Member know you’d like to redeem a reward and simply scan your reward QR code. To redeem a reward in-App or online, add the desired item to your bag and then apply the reward from the “Available Rewards” section on the bag screen.
How often can I earn points?
Points can be earned on up to 3 orders each calendar day. Consistently maxing out the earning limit on multiple days can result in an account being flagged for fraudulent activity - and ultimately being suspended from the rewards program.
Can I earn points on orders I did not pay for?
Earning on orders that you did not pay for is considered fraudulent activity. Continued earning on orders in this manner will flag your account for fraudulent activity and potentially suspend your account from participating in the Freddy's Rewards program.
Can I earn points after an order is placed?
Yes, simply enter the barcode number on your receipt using the barcode entry in your rewards dashboard. You must enter this barcode within 72 hours to earn points.
Do I earn points on delivery orders?
If signed in, all delivery orders placed through the Freddy’s App or Freddys.com will earn points. If you’d like to earn points on a third-party delivery order, you can enter your receipt in the App.
Do my points expire?
Points expire one year after they have been earned.
How do I earn points?
When you place an order while signed in to the App or online. When ordering at a Freddy’s location, simply scan your unique QR code in-App at the register by tapping “Earn.” Points cannot be earned on gift card purchases. Earned points may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.
Can I have multiple accounts on one device?
Yes, you can create multiple accounts on a single device. However, accounts created on shared devices will not be eligible for sign-up rewards or offers beyond the first account creation.

How do I change my password?
Visit the profile settings section in the Freddy’s Rewards App or Freddys.com and select “Change my password”. If you are using Sign In with Apple - you do not need to reset your password, as Sign In with Apple does not use a password.
Can I join Freddy’s Rewards if I don’t have the App?
You can sign up on Freddys.com on any device to participate in the Freddy’s Rewards program.
Can I save my favorite orders?
If you have an order that you love, visit your recent orders and click the heart icon on any past order to save it.
Can I change or cancel my mobile order after placing it?
On the recent orders screen, check to see if your order has a “Modify Order” or “Cancel Order” button. If you do not see these options on your order, the order is already being made in our kitchen and cannot be modified or cancelled.
How do I view my Freddy’s Gift Card balance?
Go to your profile. Select Payment Methods, then Gift Card to view your remaining balance.
How do I pay with my Freddy’s Gift Card?
You can add a gift card to your account during checkout. Find Add Payment Method near the bottom, click +Gift Card. Enter your Gift Card number & 4-digit pin code, then select Save Card for Later.
Do I need to check in at the restaurant for Carry-Out orders?
When picking up your order you do not need to check-in. Simply walk in & pick up your order from our Mobile Order Station.
