  My drink order was created before my meal was ready. We live approximately 3 blocks from the outlet. When I got home my custard milk shake was completely liquid and not for the first time.

  I was excited for a location close to me but unfortunately it's just not good. Maybe I'll try again after they've been open for longer. The burgers are meh. No crispy smash burger edges. Fries were stale. For now I will keep going to the location by UNM.

  While the tater tots, cheese curds, and (if I’m being generous), the fries were decently tasty, my chicken sandwich was severely lacking any flavor or structural integrity, we also got a jalapeño jack burger and this one was acceptable. We’d tried it previously and it was nothing to run home about, but after this try I don’t think we’ll visit soon

  The food was great! It was ready quickly, and the service was awesome. The staff was wonderful with my ward who is living with autism and developmental delays.

  TLDR: This location is currently receiving the "hug of death" because everyone is excited to have a Freddy's in this part of town. The amount of staff, grill, and driving space is not adequate for the current level of excitement they are receiving, and none of this appear easily correctable due to the lot their building is on. Note all the following came across as the employees being overworked. This location clearly has staffing issues while the excitement of their opening is high, but I am not sure they have the space to fix it. Also, this location is clearly receiving more traffic than expected. Many other reviews talk about the drive-thru blocking traffic as a result. I went to it today and ran into the same issue when attempting to dine-in during lunch. Once in, I ran into issues with receiving my mobile dine-in order (which might not be working well in the app, so avoid for now). Once I was notified it was ready, I went up to the counter to inquire about it. The employee that I talked to responded "oh" and then proceeded to ignore that I said I was waiting for anything, proceeding with a separate task. After several minutes standing at the counter, I followed up again asking whether my order was complete. This time, another employee checked and brought out an order that did not match mine (wrong sandwich). It then took several more minutes to correct it, with the patty being undercooked due to the rush that they put on it. When they brought it out to me, they forgot that I had a drink with it. I called after the employee, but she either ignored me or didn't hear me. I had to go up to the counter again and request my drink cup. I was given a free upgrade in the cup size for my trouble.
