  I have always had a great experience at Fred’s. I get my lawn mower tuned up once a year. It has needed parts before and he always tells me price before and does a great job.

  Brought in a self propelled lawnmower to get the carburetor cleaned got it back and it doesn't self propell anymore.

  Owner Fred is very very rude. He doesnt deserve your business. You need to go somewhere else. I am not the only one who has given this shop a bad review on the account of the owner it looks like. There is a reason for that. Owner is extremely condescending. I had no idea this shop/owner was so unprofessional until I went in there and tried to get service from them/him. I felt the need to write a bad review and so I looked them up and wasn't surprised to find so many negative reviews. It makes sense. I can't understand why they are still in business. The owner is very unskilled in dealing with the public/customers and either needs to drop the gig or work on the repairs and have someone else do the customer service. However, If you want to see how insecure and unskilled at customer service the owner Fred is go try it for yourself. For whatever reason the guy is taking out his insecurities on customers who are never rude to him but are being polite and simply want a respectful encounter for getting serviced for their small engine repairs. If being rude and unprofessional for no reason is something a customer wants from their customer service than try your hand here. You wont be disappointed. On the other hand if you want to be treated with professionalism and respect than take your small engine repair needs elsewhere. This shop is the epitome of bad business. But its not also his rudeness and unprofessionalism with dealing with the public but his pricing entitlement. He wants to charge you for just giving you information. LOL like $80 or whatever he decides for just answering a question or picking his brain about something so basic for people that know about small engine machine repairs. You can go to another shop and they will give you basic info for free like a normal business. This guy is a joke and should be treated as such. Again this is not just one bad review take a look at the other reviews. Im not the only one who believes this for good reason. Take your business elsewhere you have bee warned!!!!!!!!
