- JBJames ByersJul 5, 20251.0My wife and I spent weeks being evidence to prove the allegations false, instead of him looking at our proof ( evidence).. he tells me that if I wanted to bring up evidence, it should have been at the 1st court date. This is unforgivable because it involved my children being takin over purely fabricated allegations. This lady Rachael from cps tried to raise her voice and treat me like a criminal because she decided she didn't like me when she seen my face. I don't cower down so she made up a dozen stupid things, which all was false which we coughing have proven, jacob was too lazy to look at the evidence and tested this as a joke. Now my kids are not with me and it all could have been avoided if he took his job seriously! Now I'm dealing with absolute hell!!!
