    I called Fraser and a customer service representative took my detailed information along with a description of electrical needs. Within an hour I was assigned to Luke O. and notified he was on his way. Luke looked over the situation and resolved the issue with a professional diagnosis. Fraser technicians are equipped with digital pads for services and billing. They communicate very effectively with the customer and technician. I'm happy to find a professional firm for heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing.

    We have a water Conditioning tank (our well water has a very high iron and sulfur content) that Frasiers does yearly maintenance on (and any other time that we call them). I would not have anybody but Adam service our water tank!! Adam is honest, professional, very experienced, and truly the best employee that we have found at Frasiers! He had an Apprentice student with him this time that he was mentoring, so I should also mention that he is an excellent teacher as well!!

    No heat. We ask them to overnight part. Called and they said no tracking number. So they didn't order part. Plus there charging another service call when part comes in. Ask when this will be ordered or if it was, no response from them. Couldn't tell us anything. Poor service on there part. Ok. Your suppose to come today at 800AM. But if part came yesterday why didn't you call and come back yesterday. Leaving no heat to seniors is not acceptable.

    Adam did a full assessment of our water heater which he determined had a gas leak, water pressure tank, sump pump and utility sink. We reviewed usage and capacity. Adam explained the products and brands including water filtration. He provided a quote and helped us turn off the water heater that was leaking gas. We signed the agreement and will be moving forward with Adam’s recommendations. We appreciate the discount applied to replacing the sump pump and utility sink. Adam was very professional and friendly.

    Yestetday I called several local electrical busineses to find someone who would be able to come to my home to repair our light switches. Quite frankly I was pleasantly surprised to receive such a quick response from Frasiers. A appointment was made for the following morning. Luke was not fazed I had a barky dog and a spouse with cognitive decline. Because I was at work Luke called me when he arrived in my driveway. He arrived at the time agreed upon. He told me what he may or may not be doing depending what required repairing. Luke called me again before leaving to tell me what he was able to do and what I needed to do so he could finish the job. He asked if I had any questions. Luke's open communication was appreciated. Now that I have taken over the new and scary role of home repairs it eased my mind knowing my concerns were addressed and taken care of expertly. Nowadays you find businesses not returning phone calls, ghosting you or not having the ability to come in a timely manner because of their work load. I have heard of the name of Frasiers but not much else. I called local numbers in my area with either no response or no availability so I just kept calling phone numbers. I knew this was a small job but for me it was a big deal to make sure we were safe.The next time I have a electrical issue I know I will be calling you first! Thank you, Frasiers and Luke for taking a load off my mind.
