I’ve been with State Farm for 40 years and I am very pleased to have them as my insurance provider. Jennifer helped me modify the payment structure of my homeowners to better reflect a payment plan like our car insurance. She also helped my wife and me with my daughter’s car insurance plan to remove her when she had moved out with her new boyfriend. Jennifer was very patient as that was a tough time for us as my daughter is our little girl. I don’t have any worries about our insurance with State Farm with Jennifer as our agent.

I cannot begin to explain to you the exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail that I receive from the agents, in particular, Jennifer Bechtoldt. Jennifer Beckholdt helped me straighten out the mix-up of sending my bills via on-line. I never asked for that. I always get my billing via paper mail. I've had this problem since I opened my policies, Auto and Homeowners. They have cancelled the accounts due to lack of payment and
