Franklin's Foliage was fantastic. They made my vision reality. The fountain and landscaping are beautiful and I am excited to be outside this year. I 100% recommend them.

Franklin Foliage is the best and building and maintaining fountains. He built us one 5+ years ago and it is virtually maintenance free and as nice today as it was when constructed.
